Gettting tired of camping! We got a hotel after being wiped from Slide Rock and it was lovely. Hit the road for about 5 hours the next day (after a late checkout) and made it to Gallup, NM and got another one. Getting worried as we clearly can’t afford hotels every night, but I don’t want to camp anymore. Terri found a sweet spot though at Cochiti Lake. We’re in a RV spot with H2O and electric. Playground immediately next to site. Terri & boys at the Build and Grow Pt. 4 of the Avengers series. We’ve been to 3 different Lowes so far to complete. First 2 in Washington, then California, today New Mexico. If we make the next 2 (fingers crossed) – they’ll be in Texas and Virginia.
After Grand Canyon, we realized how much better it was to stay put a little. So while we have time and a verizon tower in sight, staying put till tomorrow. Gonna pretend like I know how to fish again when they get back and go down to the lake.
