Per[o]t Museum of Nature and Science

With our science center membership, we are able to participate in the ASTC travel passport program, that gets us free admission into more than 400 participating science centers & museums around the world.  So far we’ve been to the Imagine Children’s Museum in Everett, WA, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, and today we tried out the Per[o]t Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, TX.

Lots of displays on minerals, different sources of energy – whether renewable or non-renewable (only 7% of the energy we use in the world comes from renewable sources of energy!)

After the museum we picked Brian up at home, and we had delicious wood-fired pizza at Pazzo.

I’m falling asleep as I type this, so I’ll be signing off soon, too much swimming and museuming in one day.
